"ఒక విద్యుత్ ట్రాన్స్‌ఫార్మర్ ఏర్పాటు చేయడానికి & రెండు విద్యుత్ లైన్‌లను ఒక చోటు నుండి మరో చోటుకు మార్చడానికి"  సంబంధిత అర్జీదారుని నుండి "పద్దెనిమిది వేలరూపాయలు" లంచం తీసుకుంటూ ACB అధికారులకు చిక్కిన "T. రామ్ మోహన్, DE (టెక్నికల్), సూపరింటెండెంట్ ఇంజనీర్ (Ops) వారి కార్యాలయం, TGSPDCL - సరూర్‌నగర్"
